SSI's third president, Roland F. Chalifoux, Jr. D.O., instituted this hotline in 2007.

The format is as follows:

1. Presently, Dr. Chalifoux assigns SSI members who can "take calls" on a rotating basis.
2. Individuals who seek assistance are urged to complete (THIS INTAKE FORM).

3. Inquiries are private, personal and confidential.


4. SSI's position paper on peer review identifies where loopholes permit bad faith peer review
   in the Health Care Quality Improvement Act (HCQIA) of 1986. We now can provide some
   assistance to you and your attorney to identify problems before they occur.
