Case Histories
Review these cases, memorandums, letters and summaries in order to understand the legal process and ramifications of a biased peer review. Key cases are Patrick (the case that refutes the HCQIA, plaintiff's case brought by the Semmelweis Society) and Rosenblit (the judge in the case gives a scathing summary opinion regarding the hospital's tactics).
